Does anyone on the Forums have/use Optishot?

I recently took an area of my basement and turned it into a golf sim area. I am using the Optishot software but I have it set up with 9x9 impact screen, Ben Q short throw projector, Ulti mat 2 with thick turf top, a couple triple foot pedals for computer keystrokes (nothing more annoying than going back and forth to the computer), and of course a direct over-the-top-of-the-mat lighting set up.

I enjoy it so far. I plan on doing the OnlineGolfTour thing for Optishot when it starts but it being summer, it seems everyone is out real golfing

I am just wondering if anyone here plays on Optishot and how often. I love TGC but I also love to swing golf clubs (at the course when possible).

You could get a protee and combine the two... A bit more expensive than the Optishot though...

Seems TGC works with the GC2 as well.

Yeah, that would be the next step but definitely in the future. I put $2.5k into this setup just to establish the sim feel so I am content with Optishot for now. Maybe by that time Skytrak will be solid, it also uses TGC as its sim software. Major delay from hitting to showing in the screen though. I don't think I could do it.
