I had a few ideas running around in my head.
This may have been addressed in the past, but I was wondering:
Our current Q-school (to be renamed soon) that determines what card you have is a multi-course event. We had a similar thing for the U.S. Open qualifier.
It may have already been done, but is it possible to have a multiple course event, kind of like the do at Pebble Beach Pro-Am where they play at Pebble, Spyglass, and Monterey Peninsula. Also, the PGa event at Torrey Pines has one of the four rounds at the North course, while the other three are at the more well known south course.
Maybe it can't be done because of a technical issue with the site, not sure.
Also.. Pro-Ams? PGA/Euro and a CC-golfer play for bragging rights with the CC player getting some kind of handicap?
A mid-season Web.com "major" where the top X golfers (3?, 5?) get a Pro card outright?
Just something to think about for later. This is a very busy time for the staff.

I was thinking about this and knew there was a thread on it, so I'm going to boost the thread to ask about multi course events.

I'm starting a pro-am in community run events if anyone's interested.
As for multi course events, unless every hole has the same exact par on every course, the system will have serious problems, but I like the idea.

I like this idea about ProAms but you left out the WEB folks. I think they should be able to participate.
My idea is that there should be some sort of open tournaments throughout the year where it is open registration for all players. I don't see a reason why we couldn't have all tours play together a few times a year at least. Similar to the US Open qualifier a few weeks ago. I would recommend that some of the more popular events like Pebble Beach, Phoenix Open, Torey Pines and TPC Sawgrass (maybe not The Masters) are open to all players (with no cut line). It would actually be the main tournament for each flight (Pro to Z). There could be some sort of criteria where a certain amount of players could be auto-promoted according to their ranking. Like maybe the top 5 or 10 players from each level get bumped up on flight.
The reason for suggesting this is that I am not on the PGA/Euro but I love watching these events on TV and would like to play along with the folks on TV. I have found that it makes watching the real players more interesting because I know the course. I just feel like something is missing from the game when you are not in the PGA/Euro.
Just so you understand, I am in the WEB Tour and have pretty much leveled out. Rarely miss a cut but have a difficult time cracking the top 5. Usually place somewhere around 15th to 40th so I figure that I am stuck in the WEB for a while. I think it would be great if I could have something a little more to strive for. For the record, I played the entire Masters this year and place 40th according to the leaderboard.
