I don't know maybe it's just me but why why would you have the lower level tour play shots With ALOT of elevation changes in 15+ mph crosswinds? Who sat around and came up with that brilliant idea! We are at the bottom for a reason? Oh 15+crosswinds and NARROW fairways? Nice choice there.

As others stayed admin don't set winds, they do set courses granted but dependant on your tour you should for the most part be paired with people of a similar standard so likely they will find it tough too. Practice helps a lot and there are some good tips by doyley in the driving range section to help with elevation and clubs. Once you get the hang of "clubbing up" the wind does get a little easier but you do need to practice in it to get used to it
