I don't know enough about how it is calculated... but if it was possible to use Tournament and Practice Round scores to determine a handicap, that'd be pretty cool. It'd be especially useful for Country Club internal tournaments.

I know I'm going crazy with the posts... when I get excited about something I can't contain myself.
