I have a problem with a course I've been working on. I saved and closed it up and when I went back to it I attempted to add some fairway around a green that I have already placed. The green is surrounded by rough and the fairway would not override and be placed. I then tried deleting everything from the area and still couldn't place fairway! Anyone have any idea what may be the problem? Or is this just a bug; I am not an experienced course design as of yet.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Was there water there before? Raise the whole area up a couple of feet then try.

I posted on the HB forum as well and someone suggested using a red brush to flatten the area and then try again. I'm goin to try that as soon as I have a chance.

Haha nice. I realized after posting on here that the HB forum would probably be a better place for this question lol. Thanks for the advice, I'm gonna try again tonight or tomorrow. |

I doubt it will work, I have had this problem before and tried all sorts of sculpting to fix it, I think it's a bug that doesn't happen often.

Red brush, raise the area where you used the blue brush to place your fairway. Raise the area in small increments.
