Well after a 3 or so week "hiatus" from the GNCD, I'm back with a couple holes laid down for a new course. Harvest this time, a theme I have not completely seen eye to eye with., so we will see what happens. This course will feature some tight, narrow fairways as well as multiple options off the tee on many holes.



Hole 1: A dogleg left par 4 that many will hit a 3 wood off the tee, although a precise driver over the trees is a dangerous, but rewarding play.















Hole 2: A short par 4 that is best played with an iron off the tee, but two other options for brave players....

Alright some more progress made with this one. Not sure about the name but it is a working title for now.

#3 is a sharp dogleg par 4 with bunkers splitting the fairways. 3 wood is the play off the tee here....or is it?  





#4 is a short, uphill par 5 that leaves you with a critical choice, do you layup and make it a 3 shot par 5, or do you go for it in two, trying to clear the OB just in front of the green? The choice will depend on the wind and your nerves!


After 4 tough opening holes, hole #5 should be a "breather" if played properly. A short par 4 that allows you to hit driver and leaves a short pitch into a very well protected green.


Hole #6 is the first par 3 here. A fairly straightforward uphill short iron into a green protected at the front and right.

Alright, I ditched the "Twenty Sixteen" stuff..it's now just called Sablethorne.



#7. An uphill, 3 shot par 5 with trouble at the back of the green waiting for those brave enough to attempt it in two.









#8 is a long, downhill par 3 on the edge of the lake. Lots of trouble to the left.

Another update...another name change.

#9.. a monster par 4 to end the front nine. Will probably play as one of the most difficult holes on the course





#10...a par 4 that heads back towards the lake.





#11...a pretty little par 3 on the water with lots of trouble.





#12..the longest hole on the golf course, a dog leg left par 5.





#13..a picturesque short uphill par 4

Loving the look of the raised greens. Looks magic mate. Lighting is spot on to and highlights everything well. Great job this far

In those pictures I am trying out different lighting setups, so what you see in terms of lighting is not what you will see on all the holes, but hopefully a good portion of them!

Andre is going to force me to make a crayy canuck tour for Ps4 user now. Tooooooooo many great course now. This one is looking top notch as well.
