Yes, go into the designer and make one, it's easy, you can replay putts to your hearts content.
If you are to the task, make a giant green with no more than 18 holes of putting. You make various lengths and breaks. Then make the whole thing OB and publish. This way playing it a missed putt will automatically be tried again, if the putt is made you move to the next hole.

Interesting idea. The GNCD is great for practicing IMO. I'm very much a novice with the design tools but I can make something that is good for practice purposes.

Sorry what do you mean "make the whole thing OB?" - I've got the game in my language (italian) so maybe that's why I don't know what you're talking about P.S.: 18 holes in one single green?
