Hey everyone,
Just wondering if anyone can suggest some of their favourite challenging courses. I have played all of Yeti's and love them!
Me and my online playing partner like lots of elevation change and a challenging degree of slope. love having to think on every shot due to hazards, tight fairways and of course elevation changes.
any suggestions will be most appreciated. (i posted a similar topic earlier, but am hoping for some new courses)
here are some of my Favs that fit this criteria:
The Challenge Club Preachers Retreat Anything YETI :-) Devils Escaprment
thanks so much! love this game!

Longdale Pikes Halifax Black Empyreal Hills
All with plenty of elevation changes and good courses off the top of my head.

Best courses in game - Harbour Pointe and The Legacy at Cape Point
In Links - Swindon Downs (Open version), Muirfield, Colins Firth v2 (try to break par on that in the wind...).
Cuyahoga can be a brute as well if the wind is up.
These are all courses that defend par fiercely but at the same time are very well designed. They are, however, at a different level of difficulty compared to the others mentioned in this thread.
Also worth a mention even if it can give up some birdies - Growling Frog
And have to bump my own Tobo. The Yellow tee one is a push-over, but the Friday Championship tees drover the Euro tour into fits at the Nordea masters. A thinking mans course for sure.

Magnolia National (Augusta replica) was a +16 or so for me on my first play I believe.

Ha! You played it yet??? Thursday or Sunday play the most challenging, Friday and Saturday are soft conditions

I would also add the original Belmont, the traditional, ridenour, adirondack, potomac and definately redwood elite. That's great aswell. Just a few off the top of my head.

I can shoot under par on that course (THU,FRI,SAT,SUN editions) but can't break par on Loa Pali in the tournament.. What is it about that guy that opens with "Welcome to the first round of this tournament"..

The Southern Conservatory Club will test your patience. It was originally published as The Conservatory Club but a couple greens had to be tweaked in order to host the Wells Fargo.
