I'm working on creating my home golf course that I am currently the Greens Keeper at. This course has OB to the right of this large pond to prevent players from teeing off down the 14th Fairway to allow for an easy 2nd shot into the par 5 green, but that's just the problem how can I make define it OB when on the 14th hole it would be out of bounds on your tee shot. Help please!

It seems like you want an out of bounds area that only applies to one hole? Currently, that's not possible so I would recommend slightly tweaking the course layout to make that shot impossible - either move the 14th hole a little further away or add a couple of trees. I know this isn't an ideal situation but I think it's probably the only solution at the moment. That, or hope that people will play within the spirit of your course and just leave it.

There is a slightly more complicated workaround that has been used on some courses to get water at different heights...build a replica of the 14th hole somewhere else on the map and when players reach it that's what they will be playing (and not the one that is actually next to the 1st). It's time consuming and hard to make it look right as you will have to recreate they surrounding areas and any bordering holes too but it would work...
You can check out Tobo Golfklubb by McBogga for an example of this method.
