Since some of the Web.com players have PGA and some have Euro tour specified as their Pro tour, do exemptions apply to each tour per week? i.e. if there are 5 exemptions, 3 on PGA, and 2 on Euro, does the top PGA AND the top Euro that meet the promotion criteria get promoted?

I believe it is 5 exemptions period. If all five prefer Euro (or PGA) then so be it I think I worded my question poorly. But the promotion rule has been modified since I asked this question, so it is obsolete now. I was wondering if there could be a promotion to PGA AND a promotion to Euro in the same week. But there are now 3 promotions allowed each week if they meet the top 40 criteria on exemption, so I think this question doesn't really apply any more. Thanks, though.

It's top 3 per tour - so if 3 went to PGA and 2 went to Euro and all finished in the top 40, then they all would get exemptions.
If 5 went to PGA then only a max of 3 could get exemptions.
