Good luck! I've played a few practice rounds on Pawnee Reserve, and I'm still having trouble scoring low. I think my two lowest rounds so far are -8 and -10.
If you don't land your approach shots in the correct spots on the greens, you're left with some really difficult sidehill putts. Hopefully I'll get dialed in over the weekend. Although I've never done this before, I'm seriously thinking about taking notes on my next practice round. I think that's the only way I'll be able to shoot better than -10 on this course.

This is my first tournament. I really struggled on both of my front nines for some reason and picked it up a bit on the back. Putted terribly, probably nerves. Hopefully -13 makes the cut and then I'll do a little practice for the final rounds.

Started rnd 1 with 7 straight pars and figured it would be a short lived exemption, however managed to scrape in a 63 followed by a 60. Hopefully I can pull off a couple more good rounds and remain here full time.

In the tournament section, it lists this event as from 7/20 to 7/24. That would mean it ends a day earlier than normal. I looked at all the other tours, and their respective events is listed as 7/20 to 7/25. Is this just an oversight, or does our web event end a day earlier than the rest of events?

Couldn't get a good feel for this course in practice rounds...shot 64-64-64-65 for a -31. Posted a double-bogey on the last hole of the tournament to boot. I doubt that will keep my top 10 streak going. Hopefully, Wildfire Ridge will treat me a little next week. I need a W!

I had opportunities to shoot really low in a couple rounds, just couldn't get things going. I finished up at -35 for the tourney. I'm also looking forward to Wildfire Ridge, time to start practicing lol.

Winds were up for me for round one. 8-14 with 10-11 the average. Fought a hook the whole round. 10 birds, 2 bogeys for -8 (64). Winds moved up a fraction for me the next day for round two. Still fighting a hook, but somewhat less so. 10-15 winds with a lot of 12, 13, and 14s. Chips from off the green let me down. Very inconsistent. Need work here. 7 birds, 3 bogeys for -4 (68).
This is a deceivingly tough course, and I found myself playing against the course instead against the scoreboard after a while. That, to me, tells me it is a tough, but fair course. That is a good representation for our tour, if not on the more difficult end. Nothing too unfair. Number 9 is a beast. Number 14 as well for me.

I found the course to be particularly well done, a couple hard holes, sure, but certainly immediately noticeable and play can be quickly adjusted to finding the safe play. Great job well done and thank you for sharing.

It is always appreciated, good or bad. Thanks for the kind words Swaeromotion! Bob made a very good point. This course is deceivingly tough, which is the hallmark of a really good design IMO. Honestly, the first time I played the course, I was thinking I'd tear it apart on my next round. If you play smart golf, leaving yourself in good positions on the fairways and greens, you can make quite a few birdies. However, due to my over aggressive play, it was the course who tore me apart on more than one occasion lol. Too many times, I was tempted to shoot directly at a tight pin, drive it into a tight area of a fairway (#12 especially), or drive over that stupid creek on 16 lol. On these occasions, I was left with a difficult putt, or worse, got rejected into the rough/water lol. Had I played those holes smarter and more conservatively, my scores would've been 4-6 shots better for the tourney. I really liked the pin placements, speed, and slope of the greens, as well as the firmness of the course. On my approach shots, I was rewarded for good shots, and the ball funneled right down to the hole. When I mishit my shots slightly, I either missed the green, or was left with a very difficult (but not impossible) hard breaking putt. The fairways design was also well thought out. On many holes, the landing areas get really tight around 280yds, so you have to be accurate off the tee, or layup if you want to avoid the rough. You really have to think about your tee shot, taking wind, elevation, and slope into effect. Luckily, I didn't have any rounds in high winds... the course would definitely play much tougher in 12mph+ conditions. Overall, a very nice design that makes you use every club in your bag (including the one between your ears lol).

Love this course! I managed just one practice round and shot -8 after reading on here about placing approach shots carefully due to many side-slope putts (I'm bobbins at side slopes). First round I managed -7 and was pretty happy overall but 2nd round was just -5 and I kin ow I left plenty of shots out there. Three putting from 7 feet doesn't help! Half way through round 3 and it's not looking good, but it's all down to my lack of skill and the well-crafted, deceivingly tricky course. I'm happy on the Web Tour. I'm never going to win but I try for top 25 and occasionally manage a top 10. Can't complain at that, just wish I could improve a couple of shots a round.

-8 -4 -8 -7 for -27. Extremely silly mistakes in the 4th round cost me a -10, but such is life/ video game golf.
Onward to week 30.
