Seems like strange timing if true. This is usually around the time games go gold and get sent off to be packaged up for launch. They should have known weeks ago if they were going to have it ready in time or not. The lack of any denial from either Sony or Hello Games is kind of concerning though.

Still no official word. If it is delayed I'm not sure what they're waiting for since it's only 3 1/2 weeks until the current release date.

Reddit has a picture from a guy that works at GameStop showing the new date as June 24. So...a 3 day delay...so the rest of the world gets it the same day as England. England, BTW, where Hello Games is based....

Worldwide release does make sense but still just more rumours with no official word. They might as well delay it another three days on top of that so then it will release on my birthday.

It's back in the preorder section of the PSN however it lists the launch date as 12/31/16, some 203+ days from now. I assume that's just a placeholder date and not accurate but it's still not something I want to see.

That's the date it's supposed to be and the date Sean Murray has confirmed is still accurate despite what it shows in store. As of the last time I checked(yesterday) the PSN store still showed 12/31/16 and just ticked under 200 days away.
