Well decided to start my second course the other day... 10 holes in... Still a lot of planting, smoothing, sinking, etc to complete.... Going to be a shot shaping course in spots for better position for approaches.

Greens again, I went with a good bit of slope, however, playing the proper shot or angle will absolutely get you in position for scoring...

Thanks ahead of time for taking a look.... Much appreciative of any comments, good or bad... Just makes me work harder to put out a good course...

Boreal theme... Haven't touched the firm or speed sliders much yet, will see what it takes and what works soon

aint sold on the name yet... ha ha... Reminds me of courses and the area I live in , in Cleveland County NC.....

sroel908: Green firmness is more about how the ball interacts with the putting surface when you hit an approach into it. A soft green is more receptive, and will allow more backspin than a firm one. A firm green will have less bite and more rollout. Nov 18, 2024 15:57:00 GMT -5
