Edit: Oh, I do play golf IRL. 10 handicap, BEGGING to get down to a 9.

Hello everyone! Started playing TGC about a month ago and love it! I haven't played a sim golf game since Links LS. It's good to be back on the virtual course. Had to quit the real thing due to health issues about 5 years ago and TGC is the next best thing. Looking forward to Q-School and the (I'm sure it will be Champions) Tour. Hey guys,
I'm Tim and play on the PS4 as burton31cat. I just hit the big 4 O this year but certainly don't feel old. I'm married with 3 kids and one more on the way due in March. I am a gamer at heart with a collection of about 15 consoles with apprx 2300 games. My first golf game I remember playing was back on my NES which was "Golf" which I played a ton when I was younger. The other I fondly remember was PGA III for the Sega Genesis. I was amazed when I had this as there was 8 yes EIGHT courses which pales in comparison to the over 30K on The Golf Club now! Having purchased The Golf Club back in August I have been hooked. I have close to 50 PS4 games but all I do is keep coming back for this and not regretting it in the slightest. I know online gaming has been around for over 15 years but this is the 1st year I have really gotten into it. My 11 year old son plays as well on the Xbox One and made the Euro Tour so I thought that was pretty cool.
As many of you may know I am all about integrity and playing golf the way it has always been intended. See you guys on the links!

Hi everyone. Names Ryan, psn mnguy12000. Just started playing this week. Will be champions tour as I sucked it up. I'm going to try and play about 12 rounds a week on tgc. Used to be a 6, but with kids I'm lucky to play 2 a year.
This is by far the best golf game out there. Though, not happy with how balls do not stop on the q school greens. Combine that with wind and I dropped my hc from +7 to +3.3. So here's to learning the game and having fun. Add me as a friend on pan as I currently don't have any who play this game

Yeah mn. Getting colder, thank god for TGC! Accepted friend request. Lol though I am trying to get hc down. Was a plus 7 because of playing easy course. Got killed on q school and other hard tourneys. Need to watch some streams to see how to play some shots. Putting on firm fast greens brutal and been chipping it is costing me 10-15 strokes a round

Hey all! My name's Colin, from Vancouver Canada. PSN name is c-flo4344.
I used to play Links LS tournaments and online in the late 90s/early 00s but haven't really done much online golf since -- partially because I couldn't find a game that I liked since the LS days. I bought a PS4 a few weeks back, came across TGC on the PSN store, and am happy to have found the game and this place! I'd like to get out and play more in real life, but right now I'm barely scraping past the century mark.
I'm halfway through January Q school at +27, so I'll end up on the Champions tour soon enough. Nice to meet everyone!

Hello ppl, my name is Michael, 40 years old and from The Netherlands. I played the TW Series on PS2 and XB360 (bicat) for a gazillion hours and used to think i did pretty decent too. My first golf gaming experience was on Commodore 64, i think the game was called Leaderboard Golf... Like many more on this community i play a game that looks a bit like golf in real life for 3 years now. Some say it's more like hacking balls along the turf, but i enjoy every bit of it. What I like about TGC is the challenge. Yes, i need to put in a lot of hours to get -maybe- at the upper half of the leaderboards, but hey.. it's fun right?? Played Q-school yesterday and waiting to get a shot at probably the WEB.COM next tournament. Many respect for the people who make this community and the tours possible. This is a whole new level of gaming where, in my opinion, fun prevails. My PSN is Roosroan. Feel free to add me as my other PS4-friends are wondering why i play a 'boring golf game'.
