Acid Flashback reporting for duty. I'm from NZ (that's next to Aussie for the geographically lost) and love golf - playing in real life (14 hcap), on TGC (E) and even don't mind watching on TV. I've been playing TGC since March or April though still haven't learnt how to master the putting, chipping or pitching! Just like real life dammit.
To the TGCTOUR team - thank you for setting this up. This is truly awesome to see a vibrant golfing community with large numbers of participants.

Hey guys! I'm a 31 years old french canadian playing the Golf Club on Xbox One. My english isn't always good but I do my best! I've heard about this site on the leaguegaming.com forum, where I finished 6th at the end the first LGGT season. My first 2 rounds of the Q-School were awfull (+3)... But got back to an acceptable -4 after Son Gual. My main goal right now is to play good enough on the last 2 courses to earn a spot on the PGA or European tour. See ya on the course!

I am Tom from a small town on the Georgian Bay in Ontario, Canada. I grew up on Manitoulin Island. A father of twins, husband to a fantastic wife and a former secondary school teacher looking to get back into teaching full time after relocating to a new town. I do play a little real life golf but an average to below average at best.
A staunch supporter of all things Canadian, you will find me online on my PS4 under the PSN CanuckHoser. The bulk of my game playing is of sports games. I am fairly laid back so if you are looking to chat and have an easy going round, look me up.

Hi all, my name is Carl and I'm from Leeds in the UK.
I've been (attempting to) play golf games for many years.... I'm 45 with wife and kids (twins). Would like to get into designing courses but the time kills me and I just don't have enough of it.
Unfortunately I don't wear the trousers in the house (figure of speech.... Not literal) in other words.... I'm married! Therefore have to settle for playing this when the family aren't using the TV.
Have tried to play on Vita via remote play but it's a bit hard. That's why I bombed on Q SCHOOL (my excuse anyway)
If you're looking for an easy round against someone who's average_to poor_to useless! Look me up on PS4 ShadowDarck is the tag. Silly name I know but hey ho!!!!!! I might be on from time to time (probably remote play on Vita or PSTV).
Just like to sign off by saying fantastic site, excellent game.... Great to see so many people posting here.

My name is Todd and I am over 35, that's all I am gonna say . From my attempt at qualifying in Q school my golf game is better in real life than this game. I am from Georgia in the United States and just want to say that this site and the organization is fantastic. I look forward to advancing through the tours and trying to design some really good courses. I play on xbox 1

Hey guys, I'm Sean. 40 something ex RL golfer (I must get back out there once the kids get a bit bigger) from the glorious West country in England. I'm a relative newcomer to TGC and am improving slowly (hell, I couldn't get worse) but I'm loving the game and the community here. I'm itching to try and design a course or 2 but it'd probably end up looking like some sort of 'MC Escher does Golf' kinda deal - never mind, I'll do it anyway. If I'm not on TGC I'll probably be on some other game on PS4, so feel free to drop me a FR.

Hello to all, my name is Michael, playing as Orion. I am at the "Senior" level with regards to age status. Have grown to really enjoy this simulation as much as I enjoy the hacking around the real courses. Having fun, although my scores thus far are not good, my optimism is aimed for improvement. My Avatar is a representation of how I felt after Q-School, will modify up or down depending on how I do on the Champions Tour. I concur with everyone else that the Staff members are excellent, professional, firm with a needed amount of flexibility thus far for this fine group of people participating on the TGC tours. Proud to be member with all of you guys and gals.

Hi, I'm Brad, 43 from Birmingham, England. AKA blueorfe on PS4 and HookSlicer on PC. My regular job over the last 7 or so years has been a firework technician, but no longer so.
Let me first say what a wonderful job all the admins, mods and tournament directors have done with this tour and this forum.
As far as golf games go, I have always been an avid virtual golfer ever since I first played Super Golf on the Acorn Electron and have played most of them through the years, my favourites being - Links 2000-2003 on PC, Links 2004 on XBOX, PGA Tour II on the Megadrive, Everybodys Golf on PS1 and PS2. and now the king of them all The Golf Club. I used to play a lot of real golf and was pretty good, but have been suffering with a bad back recently(Degenerative Disc) so haven't played much, although I did go to the driving range the other day and surprised myself with how well I hit the ball and it didn't hurt too much! I love to watch golf too, be it the European Tour, PGA Tour or the wonderful Ryder Cup, we get plenty of good coverage over here on Sky Sports 4. I have been playing TGC since early access, but my PC is not very good, so the frame rates are pretty awful. I used to use the course creator more than playing then. It wasn't until I got the game for PS4 that my standard really improved as I preferred the controller and the smooth gameplay compared to my below standard PC, so concentrated solely on playing.
I look forward to the challenge of the upcoming 2015 season, see you on the course.

Hello. Name is Joe, 36 from Eastern Long Island, NY and I work as a freelance web developer. Been following progress on TGC for a while now and decided to finally pull the trigger on the winter sale. Worked at a private hamptons club in a bag room for almost a decade in my 20s and have played just about all of the courses that Suffolk County has to offer (was about a 5 handicap IRL). I plan on getting into the course creator and making some of these private courses that I know the layout of by memory.
Cya on the course.

Hey all,
My name is Rhett "aka" Painmantle, Had this game (PC) for a week, finally started playing rounds when the Handicap system came out after a very frustrating initiation via practice in the course designer , played 10 rounds so far with chronological scores of 98-95-94-92-92-89-86-84-80-75, Practice really does make you better LOL
Looking foreword to the next qualifying school sessions on Jan 1st, Glad to be here and am totally loving this game. Thanks to TGC for providing a place like this where we can all socialize and meet new players.
Cya on the course
