So basically this problem is an invented one caused by me being stubborn... I have just made a hole with a 20ft cliff on the right side of it, and it is entirely possible for the ball to go down it (it doesn't take missing the fairway by much). However, I don't want to make it out of bounds, and I don't really know what to do with this blank area. Can anyone tell me how they might deal with this situation? I'm designing in the desert theme if that helps, going for a very shrubby look with not many trees.

unless you make it out of bounds folks will just be stuck playing down there.

To further complicate matters, I've just realised that making the area out of bounds actually affects another hole on the course :/
