Can we get the Turn Order option opened up in the course settings so we can set to on. I like to do rounds with a ghost and prefer to see them hitting the ball, rather than the ball just flying around on its own.

It can be turned on in settings on the first tee. It's a pain in the arse compared to previously where you could have it on permanently but at least it's doable.
