Best round of the tournament was in the hurricane of round 4! Played the weekend -4 -5 for a -11 total

-32 for me.
11, 9, 7, 5
Noticed the pattern before teeing off in round 4 and thought bet I shoot -5. Did… haha
Nice setup around a tough course. Enjoyed it!

Quite a big change from last week, and shocking to say the least: -6 then -5 to start. -11 halfway.

I was "pre-annoyed" with the settings going into round 1 - high winds, firm and fast conditions on those tortoise shell Pinehurst greens?
Ended up shooting -6, with an eagle/ace on 8/9. Best TS round in a while.
So, uh, just a perfect setup so far this week. 😁

I think I’ve missed the cut off date for first rounds. Shame - would have like to play the US (American) Open. Busy, busy, busy. I guess I’ll just have to win the best Open next month instead.
