Apologies to all and especially to metatropic ; in setting this up, I thought the blind tee shots and approaches would cause a bit of trouble, so I set it up to play gently... too gently, as it turns out, seeing some of the early scores (and my own). Consequently, I didn't do this wonderful course justice... Round 1: -11 Round 2: -9 Round 3: -12 Round 4: -11 Total: -43 |

Played while still feeling the affects of a very heavy golf weekend away and it showed in round 1 ...4 under. Bit better 2nd round -10 so 14 under going into the last two

Took a silly billy line off the tee on the 16th which caused a triple bogey. Other than that I played the rest in +1 which included a putt to de-green myself on the 18th - so finished the first round 75 (+4).

Second round I got my revenge on 16 by making birdie. Far too many mistakes for the rest of the round though but still managed a 69 (-2).
+2 thru two rounds - I’m only 31 strokes off the lead #differentgame

Round 1: -11 Round 2: -9 Round 3: -12 Round 4: -11 Total: -43 Never apologise Frans doesn't matter what conditions you set up , the top 20 or so players will always shoot low especially with marker on & dropping it back down to master . Turn marker off with say high winds firm & moderate greens and low winds with firm and fast greens will count each other out . Only then will it feel like a true sim tour . Perhaps open to discussion when the new season comes round as the numbers have dropped off again . |

The numbers have dropped a slight bit, but still are generally in the 60s every week, and were in the 30s most weeks on Legend. Getting rid of the marker would make this a ghost town (again).
Regardless, a new game is (hopefully) coming, so we'll see the lay of the land at that point.

Game is on its last legs generally until we hopefully get a new one.
Neil won’t thank me for this (lol) but given how legend went before I wouldn’t advise trying to change up too much again. I think removing the marker would have even more of a drop off than legend unfortunately.
Obviously I prefer those settings (what gave it away? lol) but I think at this stage most people have settled into what TGCT offer and that’s what they expect and prefer.
Frans, if you want to transfer that £20 I’ll fire you my details in a dm 😆

Played the last 2 rounds on my brand spanking new PS5 and the games still sh%$ haha -4 and -5 for a -23 total. To be fair I was getting a lot straighter lines but still some tempo issues although I am transferring stuff from my PS4 simultaneously as I'm playing so that could've affected the tempo
