Welcome to Tehachapi, California. Known for it's expansive turbine wind farms. This fictional course is set amongst the hills, low elevation changes and tight bunker-less fairways along a winding creek. Notes: We had from late December to today to finish our courses. Ran into a few plot problems in February, where I had to remake the entire plot again and re-route. I did not get to surfacing until early March, hence the lack of bunkers. I had place holder bunkers in but with this being my 2nd course and first time hand planting, I opted to remove all bunkers and narrowed everything (a tad too much per mattf's review). It feels half baked because it honestly is. Theme and planting came out decent for my skill level apart from the grass being as tall as my golfer. Pic Link (imgur) I don't use this forum often. How do I post a pictures without a link? Thx. Any Feedback is welcome. Even Finlay's "wtf's and why's" lol. Seriously, any feedback to make my next course that much better. I can take any critique. Thank you, Ian aka WhatGrenadeWhere and Grenade us on discord.

I gave it a play. I don't/can't design so I feel uncomfortable critiquing anyone's work. I'll say a couple of things. The fairways were a little tight but there was a decent amount of light rough so they played a bit wider than they look at first glance. Not a fan of the wind turbines but I guess that's a personal choice. Like you said it was unfinished. Not bad for a second effort. If you want to improve there are quite a few videos on design on YT. I think the course presented as unfinished more because of the green complexes and less because of the lack of fairway bunkers though the course could definitely use some of them. Take a look at how some of the designers work the water areas. Good luck.
