As part of the Dream Team contest, this one was made on gamesdecent 's plot. There were constraints: - No major land sculpting. Go out and find the holes as they are in nature. - Lighting and weather cannot be changed. Have a signature par 3 that highlights Howling Wolf Rock from somewhere on the plot. - There are five areas of the plot, marked by splined mulch that must contain at least five of the eighteen holes. The Native American burial site in a meadow cannot be disturbed. If you decide to use this piece of the property, you must route around it so that it doesn’t come into play, and it would be better to highlight it as a focal point than to pass by it uneventfully. - The clubhouse area matters. It should be custom, upscale, and modern, and include various amenities to attract guests and generate revenue, while remaining as true to the natural environment as possible. It must be in the area near the end of the access road provided. --- So, I came up with this thing. It was a lot of fun and thanks to SkinniePost mattf27 agrainger12 axelvonfersen and Drjones306 for their thoughts and comments along the way. I certainly wouldn't have persevered with the planting. More than anything, I'm really looking forward to seeing how other people took this plot and what direction they went in. Tons of options here.

Fun track. Sneaky more difficult then it seems initially. Loves the yellow flowers look and the rock work is second only to AF haha. Back Nine really comes alive. I definitely would have tried to get this plot is I wasn't on Team Petty, but glad I don't have to go against this! haha I say Goodluck only because I know nobody on my team is involved!

This one is really fun, nailed the environment and big views. Loved the big and bold green-sculpting too. 12 reminded me a ton of 16 at Merion (guessing that's intentional) and was a very cool twist on it. Great work as always and best of luck in the contest.

A definite departure from your usual work. Like someone else mentioned it is tougher than it first presents. Very well done.

Hey Ben, really enjoyed the land movement on this one. The subtle camber and angling towards hazards if you're not paying attention was nicely done.
