Tool no longer imports the course from OSM , i get this error
i can continue with the process but i dont get the 2 windows to select the course , just get 1 big window with the gray heightmap ,i can make my selection and proceed with no course , nothing from OSM ,(EPSG is correct) , i checked the forums on github some one posted the same problem days ago but no reply yet linkthe course is in New Zealand but its been splined ok on Open Street Maps any one got an idea what wrong or a fix?

I'm having the same issue using v0.3.3 of it not showing both images but it does work or it did for me just selecting the area I wanted in the 1 image that did show. I don't see a v0.3.5, does anyone have a link please? Link to the releases github.com/chadrockey/TGC-Designer-Tools/releases |

As Sandgroper posted, someone else edited the program and is now v0.3.5 |

"0.3.3" was released in 2023 by Chad to fix the Mapquest API issues
"0.3.5" was released in 2020 by MTBehnke...and likely still has the old mapquest API pointer, as I don't see that referenced in his notes.

I am using 0.3.3 as that is all I can find. As far as I can tell, it does not fix the Mapquest API issues. I too am getting "Could not get sat preview: HTTP Error 401: Unauthorized". Does anyone have a fix for this issue?

Yeah the cool tree fork ended up being 0.3.5. I’ll probably jump to 4.0.0 so there’s no confusion in the future.
The latest official release is 0.3.3 and fixed a Mapquest issue.
I’ll take a look soon and see if Mapquest disabled my account again or changed their API.
Maybe it wasn’t a good idea to critically rely on a website I haven’t visited since 2003.

Hopefully someone can figure out the differences and make a pull request that can support 2019 and 2023.
The simulator side hasn’t moved on from 2019 because of the PGA Tour license and it’s a difficult decision to leave them behind entirely.
