so i have both with dif names... i was wondering can i run 2 players? what i mean is, i just did the qschool on xbone and im waiting on my card, i would like to earn a card on the ps4 as well... can i do that, i love golf and enjoy playing this game and i know i can do 2 tourneys a week no problem...

No you can't do that. You can put both gamertags in one profile here and alternate playing between the systems or switch to PS4 full time. But you can't have more than one account here. It is in our rules and policies that multiple accounts will get you banned.

This from the official rules document -
Anyone submitting scores under multiple accounts during the same week will be subject to administrative review. If we deem it to be a blatant attempt to game the system, we will disqualify all associated accounts.
If you own The Golf Club on multiple systems, you may play on one system per week, but you are free to switch systems from week to week. You would need to have both system's gamer tags registered in your account profile.
Basically, you can only run as 1 player but each week can be played on either console. You have the choose when you register

no problem... i guess im excited about being on your tour... so my next question is if im struggling with the xbone controller i can play my next event on the ps4 and is will still count along with my xbone events? just to be clear...

I believe that it would count the same - I think your TGCT player profile will just be a single profile that happens to have two different systems linked to it. I don't think the stats will differentiate between the systems, even if you switch back and forth each week.

Yes when you register for a tournament it will give you the option to chose which console you will be using for that week
