Twice over the last week I’ve gone into the game and all my settings have been reset and all my fittings are not fitted anymore.
They’re still there but can’t afford to keep fitting them like this.
Any ideas what’s caused this please and a resolution?

I had the same thing happen over the weekend, I aboslutely do not have anough ingame money to re-fit.
I submitted a ticket. They asked me to "record a video of the affected items" so I just hit screen record and scrolled through all my empty clubs and the fittings. Now waiting on an-up-the-chain resolution. Will update here how they make me whole, if they do.
I think there is a way to find the actual file on your PC that keep track of your fittings, and you might be able to back it up ever once in a while, or when ever you make major fitting changes. Not sure what all it stores though.
The file in question is named Profiles[AbunchOfNumbers].data, I assume the numbers in the file name are different for everyone's installation, and it's in this directory: C:\Users\[your user name]\Documents\My Games\PGA TOUR 2K23\Common

Update, they gave me 600 VC, because they were "unable to recover the fittings". For a better or worse, I didn't have any fittings on my irons, So I'll probably be able to get pretty close to where I was anyway
