Just played a round here. Pin 1, north wind, rest of the conditions on default settings.
Hole 1 is nearly a drivable-4. Was 5 yards short of the front of the green off the tee.
Hole 2 - aside from a false front and a couple slopes on the edges of the green, the putting surface here is nearly completely flat.
Hole 3 - this one's fine.
Hole 4 - the fairway-to-green transitions could be a little smoother, where the fairway seamlessly runs into the curve of the green. Here, the fairway just kind of runs into the green at a bit of a stark angle. A minor thing, but it looks better when the transition is smoother, in my opinion.
Hole 5 - this one's good.
Hole 6 - dramatic view here, and the hole is fine.
Hole 7 - I hit a drive to the middle of the fairway, and the green is totally blind from 148 yards away, due to sculpting. It also seems pins can only be on the middle-to-right side of the green here, as the entire left half of it slopes off the steep left edge of the green. I think the hole itself is fine, just some minor tweaks with sculpting might be needed here.
Hole 8 - nice par-3.
Hole 9 - this one's fine.
Hole 10 - another solid hole
Hole 11 - this one honestly felt very similar to Hole 8...was almost the same distance too - maybe 10 yards or so shorter than No. 8. Not a bad hole, just felt like I'd already played one that felt like it.
Hole 12 - this one's fine.
Hole 13 - this one is OK, too.
Hole 14 - not a fan of the back left of the green running into heavy rough, but it is a par-5, so you can hit it back there and still have an easy up and down chip for birdie.
Hole 15 - the split fairway here is a bit odd...I just don't know when I'd ever go to the left section of the fairway. I'd either go right, or lay back with 3-wood and avoid the sand altogether, leaving me 100-120 in. This pin is also on a yellow slope with yellow through a good portion of the 9-box grid around the hole. While it's a short-4 and some yellow is OK, this one may have a little too much and could force schedulers to have to drop firmness and green speeds to get it playable.
Hole 16 - this is another short-4, back-to-back. This is a pretty easy birdie, even if you don't go for the green in one. I laid back with 3-wood, leaving me a 37-yard flop shot in. Put it to within 5 or so feet.
Hole 17 - green complex here feels a bit inconducive for a 233-yard par-3. There's no way to run a ball up onto the green and be near the hole, with the sand/heavy rough in front of it. I hit a hybrid into the green, the ball landed on the green to the right and in front of the pin, and rolled all the way to the back some 35 feet away. Not sure how you'd get it close here in certain wind conditions.
Hole 18 - this one's fine.
Solid course with some cool views. Just a couple spots of minor adjustments and tweaks that could elevate the course a bit. Fairway-to-green transitions might be one that you'd have to look at throughout the course...I noticed some odd transitions on quite a few holes. It looks so much better when the fairway matches right up with the edge of the green.
Good work, and good luck getting this one to the finish line!
