Im playing in the CCL challenge tour, and I'm doing really well if i get a round close to par. usually its about 6 or 7 over. When I played on 2K21 the competition was played with pro clubs and I was doing quite well and really enjoying it, but with the new version they no longer have tournaments using pro clubs, it has to be master and really its no fun anymore. Thank you all for your interest.

If you're considering going to go to EA you will do just as well to play pro difficulty on 2K and not participate in TGC Tours. It's not like there's anything remotely like TGC Tours for EA so you're losing it either way.
At least 2K has a solid ranked matchplay and plenty of Pro Societies. You won't find any of that on EA. EA is fun for a single player grind to build up your player but once you've maxed your player you're pretty much done....it can't compete with 2K in online features.

Hi Art, yes I'm Ken. Thank you for your reply, I play on PC and wondered about going back to a mouse which I used to use on the older versions of the game. I will certainly look at the controller you suggested. Many thanks again Ken

Many thanks again Ken I will vouch for the Razer Wolverine I play on Xbox and they are much more consistent than the Xbox wireless controller if I hadn’t bought one I wouldn’t be playing on TGCTours now. I’ve also tried it on my laptop and it’s fine on that as well but my laptop doesn’t run this game that well so I play on a series x

Many thanks again Ken If you do think of going back to mouse, I use a Razer Death Adder V2 and although I am a middling player I find that through much trial and error I have found a swing that I am happy with (currently) and allows me to enjoy the game. Reach out to me via PM here if you want to talk mouse in the game.

How long in CC-L? I qualified just last year in CC-L. Took me about 7/8 events before I started playing better with Master swing. If you’re in discord or twitch there are many thx players that are more then happy to run some friendly matches and help out.
YouTube users also have a ton of helpful videos with tips and tricks. Calibration could be useful for you if you haven’t looked into it. Another thing I’ve done is playing my rounds with ghosts as much as possible. I like picking players that shoot just a few strokes better than me and see how they approach the holes.
I play on Xbox and use a wolverine v2 chroma which has made a world of difference with consistency. I’ve never played with a mouse though so I wouldn’t be able to imagine how difficult it is. But it still has taken a lot of practice and society struggles to get up to CC-F. Hang in there as best you can! Everyone here is happy to help, don’t hesitate to ask about specific aspects of the game!

As detailed as possible helps but really finding any problem pins and pointing out what that wind direction means for Par 5’s and any Par 4’s over 500 yards. If you bump up or down greens what that means to the difficulty as well.
