Is this going to cause copyright issues? I would think that technically, just making the course and using the course's actual name in the game is infringing on the owner's right to their intellectual property. It's why 2K/HB have you click a consent form before you start designing courses in the game, saying you won't steal anyone else's work or do inappropriate things, etc. They have to pull anything that they get sent a cease and desist order on. So really any RCR has the potential to get dinged and removed, no matter what. It all depends on if the owners of the Greenbrier would take action. |

Is this going to cause copyright issues? Personally I wouldn't bother with that. Spend your time on nailing the course, environment and surounds. That's what really matters IMO. Those sorts of things are a nice to have IMO. |

But using a logo might be a step too far. I’ll ditch the logo, keep the flowerbed since it is there! |

I guess my point was that, since just by releasing the course, you'd be technically "breaking the rules", having this detail in there is not going to make a big difference. Personally, I think it looks quite nice and it would be cool to keep in. |
