I am currently working on a links course. I have used Conwy Golf Club as an inspiration but dont want to call it a recreation because my design skills may not do it justice. Pictures to come soon. It is a true links style course. Not much elevation and the only trees are on the borders. Some of the bunkers on the course they refer to them as one way bunkers. Meaning you turn around 180 degrees and flop out. I know if I was playing a course and hit into a bunker like this I would be pist... Lol. And this is not just greenside bunkers, its fairway bunkers as well. I dont want to make things unplayable but I want to do the course justice. Also I know blind shots aren't a good thing to do alot on a course but this course consists of ridges in front of greens and tee boxes that impair vision. Ive done this but tried to slope the ridges so you can see a little on either the right or left. Looking for feedback as Im at a standstill on how to proceed.

Nothing wrong with one way bunkers, and nothing wrong with blind shots. Links is links and you can't please everyone.

Go for the one way bunkers. Do it justice.

I have started a links course and also have deep fairway bunkers where you can't reach the green from and have to take a wedge out.
