Dear TST enthusiasts,
This week we crown our TST Champion in the TST Tour Championship!
I'm taking you to Ea... Chicago and I'm throwing everything at you: undulated greens and carefully located bunkers designed by McDonald/Raynor, wind, shadows, sun in your face, dodgy HB/2K servers, and more.
As soon as the money lists are updated, I'll announce the starting strokes here and throughout the week, I'll try to keep you updated on standings here as well.

Disappointed to miss the playoffs after such a fun season. I've had extended family visiting from out of the country for the last month and the room with my playstation has been used as a guest room for about 25 days straight. Best of luck to all the competitors.

That course was befitting the Tour Championship. Greens were tricky, lots of straight looking putts with breaks in the middle and putts that looked to break that went straight. My even rounds were much better putting wise (15 total missed putts vs 27 in the odd rounds) and scoring wise (-8 vs +3). Lost some strokes to poor tempo and 1 chip where I forgot to reset the distance and sailed past the whole leading to a double bogey.

Lipped an ace on the Hole 3 R4 then managed to drain the resulting 12ft putt for a birdie. The wind is brutal the last two rounds if you can't stay on the fairways.
All in all, I really enjoyed this season. I wasn't able to play consistently until the beginning of May and didn't figure things out until I increased the distance on all of my clubs in early June. Getting on the greens in and under regulation helped to take a ton of the pressure of the putts and I started to be able to read the greens without the grid. I'm bummed the flights stopped and hope Skoader is ok, they gave me a reason to care about TST after a year plus of only making 1 cut. On the bright side, my play improved enough that if cuts are brought back, I should be able to make a good chunk of them. Thanks to Frans and all of the course designers for a great season!

Suppose I could have brought my PlayStation with me, but I didn't want to risk it getting thrown about. Oh well, looking forward to next season. |

-5 in round 1... on Wednesday morning.
-2 in round 2... about late night same day.
Bogey free round 1. Then started +3 through 4 holes in R2 and without my -5 thru last 7 stretch could have been worse.
In position to go for one last top 25 to cap off this season which I couldn't believe to be possible to be as good as it was going into it on week 1.
