Yup, same issue as I try to start my 2nd round. Definitely feels like a server issues because I fired up the EA game for a test and no problem getting online. . well, now it finally said I’m online again but now I’m stuck spinning at the society page. And finally after 90 sec it finally loaded up. I have a feeling the servers are jammed up with the free play. This has happened before in the 21 game if I remember correctly. I’m now spinning at the particular society I want to play in, lol…..I was just trying to warmup and play my 2nd CC round before heading to work. |

Might be something to note... I've noticed a huge difference between wired and wireless connections. When wireless, I get 5-10 minutes of spinning death only to be told I'm not online when I know damn well I am. When wired, I get right on thru to the societies, and into whichever one I choose with no issues. It's not a coincidence because when I get booted offline (heh) i close out the game, switch my connection, start the game and bing bang boom I'm in with no issues. Whatever. I'm starting to hate this game for real.
EDIT: just to add... I check and test my connection each and every time i start my PS4.

This is just 23 at least on my end. My computer runs the same every other game runs the same. I don't know who is in charge of this game now but they need to go. Drop the servers for everything other than 21 and 23 if that would matter. 10 months in now the game in some respects runs worse than at launch. Deleting favorite listings. C'mon.

Not for me Still using TGC2019 for Lidar's UK Defra site and Scottish site still adding content always a new course to design and study.

Seems 2K/HB are trying to fight LiDARs and RCRs anyway, by limiting your My Favorites list and removing even more RCRs from being searched...wouldn't be shocked if the next step is to pull the plug on TGC19. |

Which RCR's have been removed from the search, I did check the other day how many courses were being released since the "PS plus" and i got to page 50 so over 400 courses in 16 hours and it crashed at page 50 (xbox one),Just my view i think it's just a server jam from how many "free players" got it. i remember was it TGC 2019 or 2k21 when it went on ps plus it was taking 2-3 days for courses to show up. I Might be wrong i Hope your courses show back up.

Saying that i am not sure if you need the server in TGC2019 for Lidar....So i think you would be ok as long as you got the game its just the sim crowd who play on simulator would miss out if the server went.
Always a real shame when real courses just disappear in 2k21 or 2k23.It would be nice to go behind the scenes one day with 2k/HB and find out what really goes on.

Always a real shame when real courses just disappear in 2k21 or 2k23.... All the published created courses are stored on the server...same as it is in 2K23 and 2K21. If the game has no online connection, you cannot play any user-created courses, except for ones you have designed and have on your own personal console/computer. So basically, you can only play local rounds at the 2K Official tracks when disconnected. |
