Dear TST enthusiasts, This week we play the Greensboro Challenge at the lovely Yeamans Hall. Another beautiful course by our in-house designer and good friend BaconJunkie1. Over the next few weeks, don’t forget to get some decent finishes in, as we slowly but surely prepare for the season finale with bonus strokes based on the money standings*. Have fun and good luck, Frans *we use this as a replacement for the FedEx standings because we seem to have lost contact with skoader - we hope he’s okay. |

Just couldn't quite dial in my putting until a third of the way through the last round. If the hole was 1 inch wider in diameter I would have been 10 or so strokes lower this week.
R1 -3
R2 -1
R3 -2
R4 -7
Tot -13
Missed 11 putts in each of the first two rounds, then 9 in the third, and 6 in the 4th plus my only hole out of the tournament. Had 1 3 putt in each of the first 3 rounds, then none in the 4th. Really hope Skoader is okay. The flights gave me a reason to stick with TST and I finally seem to be getting the hang of it. Lots of tricky reads on the greens this week but the wide fairways and light rough give lots of great scoring opportunities if you can make your putts inside 10ft. 3rd round pin placements were really tough, lots of good decisions to go for it and risk a punishing roll or lay up and settle for par.

I may take some time off from True Sim.
My Rivals aren't playing, No more flight leaderboards and no cutline.
I'll be back though when it all gets sorted.

Here's my first 2 rounds. Love the course, but doubt I will be playing my last 2 rounds.
I usually take under an hour to play 2 rounds. These 2 took me over 2 and a half hours. Servers are ridiculous 😒. I'm sorry but I haven't got that time to waste. I'm playing in Australia, early afternoon, when everyone in the Northern Hemisphere is asleep and still a complete debacle.
This might be the end for my golf if it doesn't improve 🤔.
By the way I shot -2 and -3. Honestly I was just trying to get the second round over with. Shame as I really enjoyed the course.
2K FFS fix this 😒.

Couldn't make a putt... until I was going for par or worse. Or had to get super close. Or get lucky.
-1, E. What a waste, and can't blame the circumstances of what's currently going on either since it worked pretty fine.

Managed to get my final 2 Rounds in. Servers much better today. A pretty consistent week without being great. Loved the course Frans.  |

Marginally better with a -2, -3 weekend to finish at -6.
Putter a little better, still not great and nowhere near it. Some putts just don't make a single bit of sense to me. I'm sort of relying on luck after trying to deduce the amount of break to hope that I've got enough.
Well, onto the playoffs. I'm looking set to be one of the guys that are right on the line fighting for a season finale spot, but at this rate I'm shooting myself out of it...
