Dear TST enthusiasts,
Final major of the year!
We travel to Royal Liverpool - Hoylake for some proper links golf.
First day, the weather is remarkably calm and the course will provide opportunities to go low.
Make sure to take advantage of that, because the wind gets up as of the second round. From that moment on, some imagination is probably needed around and on the greens, because hitting it close will not be as easy.

-5 and +3 start. No problems with the wind in the second round. Just found the pins and greens a bit tricky. Probably close to 40 putts in the second round 🤔.
Beautiful course.

HOOOOO-WEEEE that was difficult! I got blown into the grandstand in R3 at the 16th green and couldn't figure out how to get off of there---took max strokes (+7). Didn't make that much difference anyway... Final +22 (+1, +6, +11, +4). Great course though! Had a lot of fun playing it.

Hey can someone confirm if I’m eligible to play this week? I unfortunate had a couple weeks where I couldn’t finish my rounds. I’m unsure of my current status. I’m not actively trying to bail on it, just messed up my playing timing recently.

I seem to play better on the Legend setting in the Tough as Nails group, not sure if its the marker or what causes it just a pathetic score.  |

Flights on here is a different matter - as soon as skoader’s back, he can tell you your status. |

Shouldn’t have read the post saying 1st round is the easy one because I promptly started bogey bogey. Battled back to Even but I’m slightly scared/excited about what’s coming.

Absolutely loved the conditions in Rounds 3 and 4. Didn't score well, but I love playing in the wind. It really challenges you and feels great when you get it right. I also holed one out from over 100 in the heavy rough and made a couple short chips, so safe to say everything was clicking! |

I'm so tired of Britian. Got bored on hole one since this is the same exact course, we are using in Brew Crew this week. In round 2 on hole 17 I saw meyo That perked me up. Would of played harder in round one if I noticed that. Anyways, take a 3 shot lead into the weekend. IMGUR is acting up so no images. LOL... 38.9% GIR in Round Two = 3 Under Par, Go Figure!?
