Patch problem

Is there any way to undo a patch?
Ever since the last one my picture is really jerky.

Cannot undo a patch. Best you can do is reinstall, but you best make sure you have a copy of your player file or you will lose everything
 to Save  you would go to My Documents/mygames/PGA2k23 folder and make a copy of that. Uninstall your game and reinstall, At this point you want to replace the copy of folder under mygames  before you start your game. Your originial player file is under the  Common sub folder.

What she said.  She helped me through the very same ordeal.  All the adjusting with the graphic settings did nothing.  Uninstall/reinstall was the only thing that helped.  Follow these steps and it should help.

Actually you don't have to copy those folders, just uninstall and then install again in Steam. The profile folders are not deleted when you uninstall. But it's always good practice to make backups of course.

Also kennyc  you could try verifying the files on Steam before a reinstall.
