I crushed meyo in his comeback debut at the Tough as Nails and Ultra Sim Tours but I gave him an easy layup over here with the Irish. I was too busy drinking pints of Guiness to worry about my score. Now that meyo is back, time for me to get serious! See You Next Tuesday Cont! |

Solid start but could have been so much better - was -8 after 8 holes in round 2 and finished the round… -8 😂😂😂

Nope. Nope. Nope. Bounce after bounce going nowhere good. How do you even get to any good groove when you're getting awful bounces everywhere you go? I wish I had just one good bounce, was it really that much to ask for?

That Irish luck certainly didn't shine on me for about 3 rounds, final round got me something back at least...
Finished -1 and -5 to finish -4 after spending a bit over 3 rounds over par in the total score.
Now honestly speaking here, and this is NOT a slight at anybody and more of a vent because how frustratingly bad I was playing and I can no longer hold off on it: I did not have even a slight bit of fun. Not even in the final round where it was more normal playing, it just felt like this is how it should have probably been had anything gone differently before. Anything I did right felt arbitrary, and even the things I weren't doing right sometimes felt like a real kick in the you know what. I once again will say that I blame nobody on this, I'm pretty certain the only one to blame is on the screen side that's typing this message.
Maybe I'm just not that good (starting to think I've only deluded myself into thinking that at some point), or maybe this type of course and this setting of play (meaning TST) doesn't suit me at all. At this point, my fun factor with the game itself is being tested pretty hard. Feels like I've been here before countless times now, but I've always come back. Maybe this week hasn't been so fortunate for me, maybe next time. I don't know. I never know.
Anyways, good shooting to the seriously good players around here! And good luck next week.
