We all want that really dramatic sun setting but If you really want to get specific and maybe you are doing a LiDAR, RCR or even a fictional course based in a certain known area, you can use this website to get the exact sun position at a time, season, date and location. Just enter the locations deets into the right side boxes, hit execute and mouse hover over the sun to get the data .... I hope this helps you all.
If you used Chad's, it sets the sun position for you but if you rotate the plot, that goes out the window so you'll need to go to Google Maps or whatever you prefer to see where North is, look at how your plot is positioned and rotate your sun in the game by the guesstimation process.
