As Ben has officially declared the publish window open, here we go! Rising up steeply from the Nevada desert, the Sharktooth Rock resembles a fin as much as a tooth. It has been a mecca for rock climbers since the 1960s, along with many other challenging climbs in the area. An informal climbers’ retreat emerged in the 1970s, with a small hotel built in 1978. A resort has grown on the site, with a golf course finally added in 2023. The resort also offers a fine dining restaurant with rooftop swimming pools, tennis courts, a driving range and a row of luxury resort homes. The course, designed by Metatropic Golf Designs, is a challenging par 72 with two teesets of similar length but offering varying challenges. Golfers need to deal with significant elevation changes on most holes. The greens are slick but slopes are for the most part gentle. Judging/scheduling notes Designed for CC or Kinetic level of difficulty 2 teesets, white and black, are manipulated, both should be played for the full experience. Each can be paired with any pinset. Greens should be fast, default (~170), or very fast. Default firmness of 80 for greens and fairways Enjoy!

Pics look awesome, will be playing over the weekend
I'm thinking about running a book on how many courses you will release between now and the meme team deadline in 2 months. I'm thinking the line should be 3.5 - any takers?

Hey metatropic, tons of fun and sightlines for days! Good elevation and love the waste bunkering which really suits the environment. Got too up close and personal with one of the sharks teeth and paid the penalty. I was a big fan of your generous cart paths that looked too good to pass up.

Hey metatropic, really enjoyed your Desert style course. I think there are a few different species of shark represented in the sharp desert rocks - which btw cast some nice shadows. When I saw the building with the dome on top it made me think of "Pine Gap", the top secret US base in the Australian desert near Alice Springs.
Cheers and good luck in the contest!
