Loved seeing this course come together on the streams and it didn't dissapoint. Great Perry Maxwell take.
After deep diving into his style for Design League 2.6 (still think if that was judged I had a shot at taking that one haha) and always thought about doing a PM style course. Ended up taking some of those thoughts and incorporating it in my Utah NT course. But still those wild greens are on my mind.
One of my sneaky favorite pockets is that Hole 7 and 11 nook the greens sit on together. Making the 11th green sit lower so you see it on Hole 7 was a real great touch ont he routing that for me at least worked super well. ANd Hole 15 was a quintessential hot driver to top on a sloping fairway only for the green to be top of another sloping fairway going the opposite direction.
I just hate now whenever I hear "Old Town" I think of a certain really bad song but that's not your fault.

Very nice course sir. The fairways were nice and wide but slope in all directions which really made me concentrate to knock it close. Work continued on the greens as even if you're in close full concentration is needed to make the putt. Enjoyed the round and thanks for putting out another great course.  |

First of all let me say that I actually can't say enough about how great this course is. I play this game on Legend difficulty to keep me top class ( In my head anyway ) for CC tour purposes. This course if people and specifically aspiring designers haven't played it.......you seriously should give it a run. I am also a beginner designer and I found it inspiring is so many ways. Absolutely loved the atmosphere of this creation, Thankyou B101 for your amazing work, although I'm aware you don't need my praise I still need to say it. Scored my first under par round at this level of game and it's all thanks to you. -2 was my final score with only one bogey for the round.
Holes 3 and 15 were my personal favourites and not because I scored birdies on them. I only scored a birdie on the 15th, those holes were just so well framed.
Five star rated and the first course I've favourited in 2K23, I aspire to create a course as good as this.
Magnificent!!!

There's still a lot I'm trying to work on; the big one with this course was not necessarily forcing strategy as much and just finding good holes on the plot. It's still there if you are looking for it, but there should be more of a recovery option if you don't find the ideal spot off the tee. Glad to see that worked out with your attempts on the higher difficulty settings! |

Just a beauty of a golf course mate. Heaps of options and heaps of fun. I wouldn't know where to start in this theme, but you absolutely nailed the look. Framing off the tees looked like oil paintings. Kudos.

Little late to the game on this one but just played it and it’s amazing. One of my favourites in the game. If you haven’t, go play this now. Such a fun natural course in an amazing environment. Ben, you nailed this one.
