If you go to TGCTours.com and scroll down on the homepage to the "Top New Courses" section, you'll see the four most recent courses given TW status.

Otherwise, there's no one spot you can find all TW courses shown in one place. You can go into the database of all approved 2K23 courses and filter by "Tour Courses", and that will show you all the tracks that have been on Tour:
