Curios if anyone has got this working, I (PC) played somebody on Xbox , I could hear him but he couldn't hear me. I had voice chat enabled in game.

I (PC) have spoken to someone on XBOX. Both sides could hear.

I’ve never been matched against a PC player when I’ve played on Xbox but have matched a couple when I played PC.
I’m assuming PC shows the Steam logo next to their name, and PS shows what looks like a Nintendo controller type logo.
Xbox has its normal green cross.

How do you know what platform your opponent is playing on? The little icon next to their username I haven't played ranked match because we play sim settings but set up a private match with Mr Longpole , What I saw next to his name was a controller icon. It didn't indicate that he was on XBox in any way. |

It normally shows either an Xbox,PS or Steam icon depending on the system they are playing on but most I’m seeing is an oblong shape with + and another shape on it, I will take a screen grab next time I’m on. |

I play on PS4, and have only seen other PS logos, or the generic controller logo. It's also the same when looking at the courses list before a local match. The designer name is shown, but the only logo that ever comes up is the PS one...all others are the controller. |

So when I’m playing ranked on Xbox where are all the PC players at with their steam logo I’ve not seen one yet or is it displaying as a Nintendo icon.

Yes, you only see your icon and players playing on your platform. So, you will only see the xbox icon. If you are playing against PC or PS4/5 you will see the Controller Looking Icon instead. |

Definately voice chat is my problem As I just played a private match with 2 PC and 1 XBox. So effing frustrating as all the tests work fine for my mic. PC gaming is great when is works  |
