Hey everyone,
new to TGC Tours so sorry if this has already been asked or posted.
I am looking trying to find some courses that have some good elevation changes and high degree of slope -- so lots of ups and downs. I really enjoy playing difficult terrain courses that tight and make you shape shots.
one course that i found that fits this description is: PGA at Falcons Heath. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone and thanks to TGCT team for making an incredible online community to support an incredible game!

Use the search term "Yeti" and you'll be happy for months.

I get you on the high slope thingy. Out of curiosity I played Pinehurst on an old Tiger Woods game after playing the golf Club version. The greens are much tougher and slopier on Tiger series. Was great fun trying to tame them. We haven't really had any real life Championship-style green complexes yet. I think designers are worried they will put people off by being too hard/different to the norm.

I think part of the problem is how meticulously long it takes to design a course the way you want it. I recently tried to replicate a real life course near me: TPC River Highlands. I did the first hole, put the bunkers and green how I wanted it but gave up after not being able to remove parts of the fairway I wanted to cut out. There's options to add rough, add fairway, but no option to cut fairway or remove it. I guess I could remove the fairway and just add it where I wanted but I think it would be easier if I could just erase the parts I don't want instead.
Oh.. and all of that it just on flat surface. Then you have to modify the ground levels to get them the way you want those as well. Very time consuming. But one day i'll finish all 18 holes and have a very true replica of a tournament course on tour!

Sand Piper National has plenty of elevation changes. Very nice course that makes you think pretty much on every shot due to the cool layout.

Cinnamon Hills and The Challenge Club are 2 of the better ones of this criterium. Probably forgotten a few aswell that should be a worthy mention but the great courses just keep coming along daily now it seems.

Devils Escarpment has a great use of terrain and hills. Preacher's Retreat (or the newer version...can't remember name) is another I've always enjoyed.

Also Boardman's Bush Resort is another I just thought of as a recent fun one w/ some great elevation changes.
