Great match tonight ste814624 and migbgolf you pushed us to the final shot. Felt good to help xEB50x on 17 as he was carrying me the whole way. Yes sir, it was an enjoyable match! The early great putting from xEB50x put us in a bad spot and even though we tried, you managed to halve some important holes (like you did on 17 Demonondalinks) and finally take the point. I personally had a blast, I know it wasn't the best day tempo-wise for my partner but it was a pleasure to team up with you ste814624. I'm currently 0-3-0 in four-ball and 0-1-0 in foursomes in Ryder Cups, and I think I haven't played bad, it's just a great shot, a clutch putt or a single miss that makes the balance go one way or another... I just want to say that despite the frantic run to get home to make the tee time it was a thoroughly enjoyable foursomes match r0nrun, racracracem and chinatown237. All top guys and a great giggle. China's putting was the difference in the end with 4 or 5 of the best clutch putts I've ever seen! And Lance..... If we ever play again and you putt like that, we ain't friends no more! 😂 "China's putting was the difference in the end with 4 or 5 of the best clutch putts I've ever seen!" Definitely the first and probably last time that had ever been said 😂. Nice playing with you boys. And don't worry, it won't happen again. |

Fantastic game last night boys , Todd's putt on 17 was mega certainly excited his partner in an emotional way 😆 The 18th there must of been a few shaky hands especially that final putt.
I honestly think that no one will grab an Eagle on that hole and u can almost certainly grab a birdie if both lay up but the the temptation is always there for glory

I wouldn't say it out loud during ste814624 's putt to halve the match but inside I was rooting for him to make it. He and I were playing pretty poorly. I had my heroic putt on 17 and felt it was his turn. I've had lots of live play with him through the years and always have a ball. Even though he's the enemy he's still a great friend. Also make sure you play The Big Money's major this week. It's his course. |

It's what makes this such a brilliant event. We're all competitive, we all want to win, but we're also all friends. That'll continue long after this Ryder Cup is finished.
