Was having a great round and getting cocky after hole 13. I hit a nice drive on 15 but should of planned it out better. I was in-between a huge gap with my 3-wood and 3-iron. After some deliberation I decided to go for it and fell short into the water. Hit the next shot into the sand. Dubbed the sand shot. Missed the putt. Tapped in for double bogey. Same exact story on 17 minus the sand and insert rough. Was 6 under for the round and 8 under for the tournament with four to play. Shot a nice four over par on those four holes. Hard to complain though, as I sit here, living the dream, and playing video games, while others suffer. GL and HF with your rounds this week for those who haven't finished. I beat Ben. He's not so tough. Anyone who knows the right end of a putter to hold would have beaten me this week. Play angry? You bet? No other possible way to play after you've 7 putted!!

Since I had already played the course 3 times in Career Mode to get my Straw Hat (gotta have that 🤣) decided to keep going while I had the course in my mind. Seemed like a good idea after the first round -5. Kept playing and things went poorly in the second round. Just couldn't get any putts in and signed off for a messy +3. I thought about leaving it at that. First 2 rounds done way before cut off time, but that second round was haunting me, so I stepped up to the tee for the third round. What a wild ride this was. 3 Eagles including this hole in one on the 4th, www.xbox.com/play/media/TBG52DXZYS along with a couple of bogies and a double saw me finish the third round at 5 under. Like the great Queen song 🎵 says So on I went. Fairly lacklustre round but managed to finish 2 under for a total of 8 under for the tournament. Nothing to do now except keep an eye out for my Straw Hat in the locker room and hope I've done enough to keep those demotion marks off me. Good golfing everyone. This official course worked really well this week. Keep em coming Frans.

Welp, had myself up to -6 on the back nine of the first round, then kind of fell apart, ended at -3. Second round was even par, felt like I was scrambling for pars most of the round, didn't have too many decent looks for birdie.
But I'll take under par after two rounds considering my inability to play well in higher winds. Looking forward to rounds three and four.

So it took until the final round on the back 9 to figure out those greens. Tried to catch up to @pen knight but it was too little to late. On to the next....

RD2- E
RD3-+1
RD4- -6

Got it wrong. I didn’t have a 7 putt in Round 2. It was actually an 8 putt. The shame!! 🤣

It's amazing that you finished the hole, let alone the round and the tournament! I'm glad to see that you didn't succumb to rage quitting. Well Done!

I got narked and kept pushing it 6 feet past. All I had to do was underhit one and tap in. I’m an idiot.

Not sure what happened to Killbride though. Didn't finish and melted down. Controller or Internet Issue perhaps. Something went wrong.

Well, warm up those chords and tune up the band... just relying on hope and that's about it. -2 x 2 for -4. Really sad that the only way I score is by tossing a dart to tap in range, or I manage to play the 5s at least somewhat nicely, or get one good shot at the 17th. I started off super fun with an OB off the first shot of the tournament, slow as heck into a building wall which was just... mwah, perfection personified. If there's anything I can take as a benefit for myself, I finally decided to tinker around with clubs and fittings to boost my shot carries almost across the board. It may have saved me at the 18th of round 2 where I hit fast over the water... previous driver carry might have put me in the water, this time it carried me past it into sand. Putting really isn't my big issue because I continue to miss them like I usually do most weeks. However, if I could make some here and there, I wouldn't be sitting at 25 pars out of 36 holes so far. I still may have a shot to survive but like said... I am now relying on hope that others around me at the top flight crumble hard and I stay together, or I find a scoring touch and fast. I have no other choice in the matter anymore. So question now is, where will I end up next week for my 100th official TST event according to TGC records (I know for sure it's more than that but pre and post-season don't count): up top in the Nicklaus, or down in the Palmer flight? Next 2 rounds are what will decide my fate for that tournament. Cheers, good luck!

Turns out 17 plays as a par 4, who knew! Round 1 was -1 thru 7, finished +7. Round 2 was +7 at the turn, finished +8. Progress? Onward. Oh dear, even IF there was a par 17 par would have been safe from me. Round 3 +17 Round 4 +8 Progress? Just was horrible, awful this week. I mean me, not the course of conditions. Ugh. Onward.

I was naive enough to believe in only hope of others falling around me. When do I learn that if I just play well enough, AND there's problems across the board that I could maybe get through and climb up myself?
-7 in round 3 where if my chipping was any better could have set the world on fire! Not like it already didn't, when was the last time, or any time for that matter, when I can say any of my rounds was tied for second best on my favorite platform? All of a sudden I'm looking at a possibility at potential escape to survive... again.
Round 4's a massive rollercoaster of turbulance. When I hit a bad shot, my recovery is great! When I think I hit a great shot, the putt is a tough nut to crack. On the stadium 16th when the crowd boos me after getting up and close with them after the first shot, presumably booing me out of the building and the top flight, the chip was not great for once. That's when I finally manage to read a putt that is pretty subtle with its break perfectly right and run away fast. 17th was a disaster where I was 50 yards away on shot 2, I putt from 42 feet with 6 inch downhill, almost drop it anyway and run with par. And 18th finisher: nice and center of fairway, pitching wedge out, tap in range, birdie. -5, no bogeys and surprisingly only dropped 5 shots in total this week.
...did I mention that final birdie might have saved my top flight dream by a hair and had I not made that I might be out? I didn't know that until I checked after finishing! I know that I have my best PC finish already this week, could I also be having my first top 25 on an official course too?
And that's not all! Then I see what course is next week, and now I think I have to prepare myself to be our tour guide... oh joy!
Cheers! Good luck!
