By no means am I a superstar, but I have been moving up through the different divisions, starting in H and I am currently in E. My WGR keeps dropping?
How does this work?

WGR is based on your previous 40 events. Each week as you play a new event, it replaces the 40th most recent event in your calculation. Your recent events from CC-H to CC-E are replacing events that were previously in your most recent 40 events from last season.
For you, those events that are being removed from your calculation were CC-B or CC-C events which have higher WGR value than CC-E to CC-H events.
Thus, the overall value of your most recent 40 events is declining.
