I think a saw a similar tour as the TGC that could pull scores from the game and insert to a webpage. Is that possible to do for any society, like for me and my friends....

Yes, it's possible to pull game scores and display them on a webpage using the game's API or a custom setup. Many groups do this for friendly competitions. Setting it up for your society would be similar to organizing a Get 4 days tour from Marrakech with AtlasTripTour — a bit of planning, but totally doable!
