I recalibrated for the first time since the initial set up and find that it is a huge help.
Only strange thing is that I now almost never hit "perfect" on any of my shots. I am always (very) slightly fast or (very) slightly slow but never perfect. This doesnt really impact my shots unless I am trying to draw or fade the ball where the impact of not hitting it "perfect" becomes exaggerated.
Anyone else experience this?

On pro, I would occasionally hit a perfect tee shot. Once TGC started with the new season and we moved on to Master, I recalibrated. I bombed the first two tournaments after the mass qualifier. I then went to the range and practiced a few hours each day for a few days then recalibrated again. I started making cuts, but I never again have had a perfect tee shot. Usually hit them pretty straight (and I'll admit, I have all my club fittings set to maximizing timing and swing path to widen my forgiveness). That said, I have seen a couple of things. I have hit perfect splashes and chips (and a pair of pitches). I also hit a drive at 110% power once, but still a slightly off slow. I don't think I will ever hit another perfect tee shot, but as long as my drives are straight, I don't care.

I had this same issue so i'm glad someone else brought it up. I recalibrated after a week or so of playing the game and never hit a perfect. I can't even remember hitting one perfect shot. Although as the poster above said, its not a big deal and sometimes works out better. It is frustrating however.
