I remember in 2k21 there would be the mesquite trees, the tropical trees and others. I notice those ones aren’t looking as good this year. What’s everyone using?

Just so you know, you can get the same effect as planting under the ground now by using the "remove default rough" tool or whatever it's called. It takes the rough away and shows the bare surface underneath it without needing trees to be buried under it. As for trees that look good as ground cover, I'm not really sure, as I have not used the designer much at all in 2K23.

For whatever reason I cannot use that tool as it kicks me out of the game and onto my desktop. That being said, the Delta theme shows a lot of bare ground. I am finding that the bushier the tree being sunk, the better the effect.

You might find using the themed bushes, expanding them a fair amount, and then sinking them appropriately......saves metre compared to the trees and it gives you a few different looks.
