Scout Cam on Putting/Chipping

Just recently bought the game and have noticed that the scout cam is different from 21 when chipping and putting or generally close to the green.  You can now only do a side view and slowly rotate the camera.  Your aim and distance with your club is also taken away in this view.  I used to like the free roam camera and looking at a side view of the green to read the slopes and see where I want to land the ball.  Is there any way to get this old view back?  I am playing on a custom pro setting.

There is an alternate chipping/putting cam you can enable, forget exactly what it's called.

Yes, it's the first option in Settings->Cameras. Think it's something like Approach and Putting camera. Turn that to off.
