God this game is frustrating, I finished 6th at Soggy Bottom and was feeling really confident. Played my first 2 rounds this morning and was hit with winds 10-16mph. Struggled all the way, with long par 4s seemingly all into wind and long par 3s with wind behind. Couldn't seem to get my ball anywhere near pins from my approaches and was left with 15-30 foot puts on far too many holes. Only managed 2 under in round 1 and 3 under in round 2. Looking at scores already in, I'm pretty sure it's a missed cut for me. Good luck everyone else, but I think I've got the rest of the week off to play the U.S. Open comp entries.

whoever wins this week is 100% someone who doesn't have to play in the 18mph winds. what a joke.

Hopefully last week of "unfair" winds. P personally don't mind the wind too much, just killed my game today cos it was in the wrong direction!!

i went 63 & 59 with ~8-10mph winds, but 15-20mph is just ridiculous. Had that for my last 2 rounds and went 66 & 69. Didn't reach one par 5 in two because the wind was in my face every single time. Never been top 10 but i probably would have had a chance of winning if the winds didn't screw me over. Whoever wins will have played in less than 10mph winds for all 4 rounds, that's my guess.

Shot 61, 65, 63, 61 and I played all my rounds Saturday I had winds no higher than 10mph luckily, I won't win with that score don't even think I will get in the top twenty. Even with those fairly light winds I couldn't reach any of the par fives in two, made most of my scores on the first nine which I thought were slightly easier. Missed the cut last week because I played my first round in high winds and couldn't make my score up enough on my second round, so I think this week owed me lol.

Wow... I've never played a course with winds this difficult. I played two tournament rounds, and the lowest wind speed I saw was 13mph. Had a steady 17-20mph headwind on most of the longer holes. I'm not one to complain too much, but those conditions were extremely brutal. Between the wind and a cold putter, I only managed -4 total for two rounds. If I somehow happen to make the cut, I hope the winds are more forgiving for my next 2 rounds lol.

Go figure... wind was totally dead for my 3rd round, shot a 62. Those who luck out and get calm conditions all 4 rounds are playing an entirely different course than the players who get the gale force winds.

I played my first round with winds probably no lower then 16mph so finished with a -2 which perhaps should have been -5 because of 3 silly holes. Have to admit the wind was stupid but i wouldn't mind it if everyone played under the same conditions each day.
I also have to say in this tour people shooting -10 per round is crazy and to be honest i'm not getting what i was hoping to get from joining this tour.

Wind will be same for everyone from next week guys. Should be a game changer. You asked to move down a flight CRoutledge? The tour is relatively new and there's people joining all the time so it may take a while to find your correct standard. Ask to move down a flight if you want? Looking at your scores from first 2 weeks you'd be a perfect fit in Web-B.

I've not asked to move down oswinner as it is only my 3rd tournament and with me having a two week vacation shortly i wanted to leave it until then. To be honest i've also had a look around at the other tour scores and they seem to score pretty similar to me so unsure how the divide can be done correctly. I'm hopeful something can be done as i would just like to be competing and not overly bothered about winning but just be in with a shout. I think some of the scores being shot are crazy.
Yeah the wind setting coming shortly will certainly help i feel but think a few more things can be done to make it a bit more of a natural game instead of maths which i just don't do at all really.

Hopefully the changes in the pipeline will make a difference.
Here's results from a previous Web tournaments (El Bosque Mexico Championship)-
Web A - Top 10 -51 to -42. Top 25 -37. Make cut -12 Web B - Top 10 -47 to -35. Top 25 -29. Make cut -10 Web C - Top 10 -40 to -29. Top 25 -23. Make cut -4
There is big overlap between the 3 tours, I think that needs to be reduced. It would be ideal if everyone was in a situation where if they have an exceptionally good weekend they would have a great chance of winning.

You would have made the cut each week Routledge at least. I don't like how current exemptions are handed out. An easy course causes loads of people too shoot low and get an exemption. I believe the winner should get 2 exemptions and rest of top 5 get 1 exemption. Other side of the coin...3 straight cuts and you're demoted. This way things will fall into place.
looking forward to the announcement as something needs to happen.
