Update with some progress. All fairways, greens, bunkers, tees, and cart paths are completed. I'm starting to add some of the outside environment such as streets and houses that border the course, as well as all the old run down buildings that are scattered all over the property
I changed the heavy rough to light yellow so that you can see all the other stuff going on. Getting there.
The buildings in this screen grab are part of an old mental asylum called Letchworth Village. Some of the buildings have been turned into village government buildings, but others are just falling apart and crumbling... and haunted. They were featured on an episode of Ghost Hunters or one of those ghost shows. I can't remember which one.

Awesome work so far, if you find it plays a bit short feel free to add some additional tees, I’ve done this on a few of my RCRs. Not just slapped a new long tee in for every hole but looked at a few holes strategically where perhaps the hazards have become redundant to bring them back into play, whilst short par 4s or 3s I’ve left as they are because that’s their character |

Not just slapped a new long tee in for every hole but looked at a few holes strategically where perhaps the hazards have become redundant to bring them back into play, whilst short par 4s or 3s I’ve left as they are because that’s their character I’ll have to evict some homeowners to make this course longer. |

That’s the beauty of it, you can go full on Augusta National and just take away their land 🤣 |
