chatgptgolfklubber3.0 Thanks for the comments. As I do with all my routings and plot design, I build a plot, and "find" the best 18 holes that I can, but at the same time, only use a certain part of the plot (kinda like b101 did with his routing design challenge) I did have certain hole designs I wanted to incorporate into the design, but only used them if they made sense. There are some changes in 2k23 version, but the hole designs remained pretty much the same, except for hole 15.

chatgptgolfklubber3.0 Wingspread was at 126% objects, I spent 8 hours getting it to 108%: so the plan is to try getting them ported, finding it easier to plant than to delete plants.

Not sure if it was a design feature but i thought on the 18th it was easier to play the hole going down the right hand side hole assuming its the 1st,if that fairway was pushed up a little you couldn't have done it.In the end it could all be down to conditions you play in and that's why its hard to comment on a course if you only play it once. To me it played perfect in 2k21

The only complaint I could make is on the 16th hole, I yanked my drive left trying to cut the corner and ended up left of the stone wall on somebodies' front lawn. I was thinking for sure it was OB but it wasn't. The owners of that house must be pissed with people coming in their yard and taking divots on their grass lol. Maybe you made that area OB in the 23 version I don't know. I just think it would add greater risk to the shot and give people an opportunity to wreck their score late in the round, but that's just me.

Just superb. Really loved it.
I liked the nod to Prestwick with the retained bunkering and hills. Saw a little nod to the principles nose on the 7th, which was beautifully bunkered.
Favourite holes were 9 and 10, back to back shorties with lots of options, views and some lovely features and touches.
I popped in the office and put myself on the waiting list for membership, apparently the list is incredibly long!

British Masters 2022. that's a yardage glitch, It is showing course distances as if the real yardage is the distance in meters converted into yards. by that logic in-game Belfry is probably ~7500 |
